Inhale can help you integrate your systems with Business Catalyst using the Business Catalyst API which effectively lets you read and write to the Business Catalyst database. This can be done as a transaction is happening (realtime) or on a scheduled basis (eg overnight).

Sending to Business Catalyst

Using the Business Catalyst API we have helped clients:

  • keep their in store inventory up to date with their online shopping carts, so that they don't sell a product that they don't have in store.
  • maintain their online product catalogue from within their accounting software, they only need to maintain product details such as price or colours available through their existing software.
  • sync a list of customers and rep logins between systems
  • never need to share resources with any one else

Getting Information from Business Catalyst

Using the Business Catalyst API we have helped clients:

  • integrate their online sales with accounting software such as Cudos, Capital, Attache, MYOB and Xero, including creating new contacts, invoices and sending invoices.
  • created external business solutions for managing customer information collected via BC such as requests for quotes
  • syncing customer enquiries with exting CRMS such as SalesForce
