It became apparent to me some years ago that perhaps I should have chosen another career, or at least paid a little more attention at school so that at least my career options were not limited to hiding behind a computer.
But be it as it may, this is what life dealt me up. An existence that meant creating software and throwing up websites on the internet, sitting back and watching others get rich. But you won't hear me complain. Nope.
I seriously thought it was a fad... who wants to spend their whole day and and a good part of the evening on the internet buying stuff and finding reputable companies to throw your cash at? Pfffhhh ... OK I was wrong. My only saving grace was that I predicted that MySpace wouldn't work... who wants to connect with their Mum and Sisters, where is it now hey. Social Media ... yep got that one right too.
So anyway, yeah I like sitting down with clients and working out what they want to do with their website or software. Then just go away and just make it happen.

I love people, they fascinate me... this is why I got into marketing... I am constantly on a quest to understand why you bought that item, at that price, from that site/shop/ at that time and how can I create it so that you will do it again?

Being new to the world of full time employment when entering the work environment of Inhale I was unaware what was in store for me. I have gained an unmeasurable amount of knowledge here with something new to learn every day. It turns out Indian food isn’t so bad and Ron Howard lives locally.
I may have lost a little of my sanity since I started with Inhale but I’ve been told that’s expected when working under the guides of an industry guru like Wayne. The lack of sanity is compensated with the reward of a world class whistler, I’m told the world champion works here. Just ask for a cover of your favourite song with the Lawson effect when you call.
With the sounds of the office, the sights of the town and payday marked in my calendar. I have everything I need to create that application or website for Inhale’s many clients.

Having lived in many different corners of Australia, I have found myself on a quest to find the perfect fast food venue. Having settled on the Sunshine Coast a few years ago I found myself in a state of constant disappointment with the muck that was being tossed up as fast food here on the Sunshine Coast. That was until I started work in Nambour and have started the quest to be the first person to circumnavigate all of the Nambour Take Aways in one week. A task not for the faint hearted.
Working at Inhale has allowed me to continue to develop my craft. My coding has been challenged, as has my ability to work in an office chair that can reach angles of over 45% ... backwards. But as with everything I think I can continue to improve on these two skills.
Everyday I look forward to a challenge - after all why do the same old stock standard websites when you could have something innovative and fresh using all the latest technology to deliver something that will knock your customers socks off.
